F-14 A/B Speed Brakes, DLC and Landing Gear

After recent updates, the speed brakes in the F-14 B will not stay extended while the landing gear is down. Any change to the landing gear causes them to retract.
In the F-14 A, they appear to work properly. Extending the gear doesn't affect the speed brakes.
Also, is there a way to return DLC control to the pilot rather than automatic activation?

@mashtrapper DLC was switched to auto as so many people asked for it, lots of folks were complaining that they could not land ( due to no DLC ).
F-14B had a bug, fixed now, will be updated soon to fix the airbrakes.
