TG will not compile Cargo and GA

I am using Windows 10 and still have FSX. I have also been in contact with Support @JustFlight. Here is what I have going on:
TG was working, but I had a partial crash and had to redownload and reload it.

I have re-installed TG several times after reading on here and from suggestions from JustFlight. When I try to compile traffic, It is doing the Airlines just fine, but I get an error msg that it can not compile traffic. If I load an airport on FSX with TG running, I can see airplanes taxiing to the runway and at the gates, so that part is ok. But It says I have NO Cargo or GA.
I looked in my folder where I have stored AI Aircraft (FSX/simobjects/AI Airplanes and I don't see anything but the Commercial Airlines. Should I be seeing Cargo and GA also? If so, then that's my problem. But if not, where are the Cargo and GA flights being saved?
I even tried to change the comma to a period in the Date/Time section, Rebooted, but it did not change.
JustFlight has worked hard on this, to the point he's just grasping at straws too. So I thought maybe some of you knowledgeable folks would maybe be able to help. I'm desparate!
