    Well, this is weird. Not sure if this is part of "not a bug, a real world feature", so hopefully you guys can clear this up.

    Here I am, cruising at 15,500ft. OAT about -4C. First thing I found weird is that the full throttle MP is almost 36in. Looking at the power setting table, I would have thought that you shouldn't be able to reach 32.8in, which is why that setting doesn't exist in the table. Secondly, the Prop RPM seems to be behaving weirdly. I cannot get the RPM below 2350 or so, even with the lever at 0%.

    Opinions? Am I doing something wrong here? Is this how the actual plane behaves like? Or is this Asobo Engine Model(tm) shenanigans?

      @cristi-neagu
      If you would be able to share your weight that might bring some light on your situation. If you know the pressure altitude and density altittude that would be helpfull as well. Maximum MP for Turbo charged Piper Arrow at full throttle is 41 Inches and 2.575 RPM.

        @stefan_jat Pressure altitude was around 15,000ft. Density altitude around 17,000ft. The weight was at about 80% of full load.

        The maximum allowed MP is 41in, but the maximum MP goes higher than that at sea level, hence the need for an overboost warning. Also, maximum pressure should and does go down with altitude. My question is if 36in of MP is normal at 15,000ft.

        Thank you.
