Troubles at 2000 ft (altimeters and AP)

Hi,
Wondering why the AP can not maintain exactly 2000 ft? Seems to level of at around 1980 ft...
Also both altimeters seems to have some rounding off issues and so displaying the wrong altitudes.
Example 1: altitude is 1997 ft
Main showing: 1900 ft (error 100 ft)
Standby showing: 2000 ft (correct)
Example2: altitude is 1982 ft
Main showing: 1900 ft (error 100 ft)
Standby showing: 1000 ft (error 1000 ft)
