Checklist problems
-
I bought this because I'm thinking of attempting to actually try a flight lesson in the real world, and I noticed a lot of warriors at schools nearby (based on what I see on their websites) so I wanted to get at least a vague picture of what the plane was like and where the various controls were... However, I'm very dissatisfied with my purchase at this time because 90% of the check list items don't have a good illumination of the item to interact with. (when clicking the eye icon). I've had to spend hours googling to find pictures of the panel to locate things and on a couple of them I just gave up. This isn't what I paid >$40 for. Also one of the checklist items was to make sure that the choke is locked, but the moment you touch it it pops out and stalls the engine, and won't restart (flooded I presume).
Bad first experience.

Also I notice this thread where someone was unable to find one of the items I spent 15 min searching for... (and then I found the same wrong emergency one, like one of the respondants...)

Yes, I've already done this with other planes in MSFS but the checklist won't show me WHERE on the panel the given item is. For example the "annunciator pannel" is apparently just 3 lights up near the top but this was entirely unclear and almost every internet picture of an "annunciator panel" on the internet looks very different (I finally found one of the warrior's panel where it was circled... after like 20 minutes of googling. If the checklists were done properly, It would have been, click the eye, and it would have lit up, and within 5 seconds I would have learned where that item was.
I've only flown it once, and I'm obviously a newbie (11h flight time), but the whole thing seemed twitchy and unstable and much more prone to drifting to the left for some reason (vs DV20, c152, DA40 and DA62 I've flown so far). I suspect there may be a tiny bias in my joystick that I need to tune out but this plane reacted a lot more than others. I have no idea if this plane is just twitchier in real life however. So far its the only plane that creeps forward with the prop at idle and taxing... gives me the impression that there's something off about this model too, maybe the weight is not modeled the same as other planes, leaving it with insufficient momentum?
