BAE146 RUNWAY PERFORMANCE SPREADSHEET
-
Following the release of the Just Flight 146 I have been carrying out a series of test flights in order to assess the accuracy of the Performance Spreadsheet, which is available from Flightsim.To.
I believe it is fairly accurate in comparison to the official BAe published figures and also the Just Flight aircraft. There was a problem with the flex temperature calculations, but this is now largely resolved and the figures seem to accurately mirror those published by Just Flight.
I will continue further testing, and as soon as the RJ model is released I will update the spreadsheet to take into account the, relatively minor differences. The 146 is my aircraft of choice for all flying and I welcome any comments regarding use of the spreadsheet.

Thanks for this, just figured out it needs open office. For some reason Excel tries to own the file extension.

@taipan303
I have now started using Libre Office rather than Apache Open office. Libre is a newer version and is still a free download. Llibre has more advanced features and a cleaner look. Both versions are now available on Flightsim to download.

PaulGet MS Office. Every copy of Windows and Office sold means faster progress towards the release of Combat Flight Sim 4. You owe it to your fellow simmers.

@derek haha I think I'll leave the combat to DCS and IL2.
Microsoft have given me plenty of bugs in Windows, so I should probably buy more software so they have the money to fix them hey ;)
That's the idea. Not sure MS are alone in producing software with bugs.
