    Hi,
After the last update the fuel pumps are not working and I am also not able to change the fuel in the EFB.Also if I selected AC Status ready for TO the engines are not runing beause they have no fuel. After reinstall the 146 the same issue. I have contact the support team, but no solution till yet. I have deinstalled all addons (addon linker) except the PMDG 737 and fsuipc. Thrid party hardware is the Bravo Throttle.
    Thanks for help

@flusi2004 said in Fuel Pumps are not working:

    PMDG 737

Which update do you mean? MSFS? I just flew yesterday with the BAe 146 and had no problems with the fuel pumps. Changing the fuel via the EFB also works. It's pretty tricky to hit the button with the mouse, but it works.

A friend of mine also has the PMDG 737 and there was an update for that yesterday. After that the autopilot didn't work at all.

Just wondering what happens if you put APU on bus - in your screenshot you have it running but the gen is off so only batteries are available. My flow (right or wrong) is to put the gen on before starting APU but I'll try without and see what happens. Also I almost always attach the GPU so power is higher for me. Should be ok as you have started regardless of any low pressure indication.

Regarding the fuel tanks. The method I use which seems reliable is to mouse click twice on the field until it flashes 0000 - enter my target load and then press enter at which point it is set. Same process for any field in the EFB tbh. Oh and also - if doing it this way be careful to include leading zeros as it can cause "sub-optimal" outcomes :-)

@ Fly-Harry-Fly: Last update 1.7. MSFS. Ideactivate now also the PMDG, but same issue with the BAE.

@b3lt3r : No, I can not start the APU. The APU runs up, then the "APU low Fuel" warning appears and the APU spools down.
There is no fuel, also not for the engines, if I try to set the AC status to Ready for TO ,the fuel pumps are not working. On the screenshot the feed tanks are empty and the main tanks are filled.

Just jumped in cold and dark and see several differences.

As soon as I switch the batteries on the feed tanks move to indicate full. I also notice on my system the "ESS AC off is lit" until I put APU gen on once that's started.

Also the APU low fuel pressure light you see does come on for me as the APU gets to operating mode and stays on until I put the gen on.

Final oddity is that you have the STBY gen showing ON - I never see that at any stage and haven't found any way to select it.

No help at all, sorry but it's clear just from the lack of feed indication when the batteries come on that there is a problem somewhere in your implementation, hopefully support will progress the ticket.

@b3lt3r Thx for your help. Perhaps it is a problem with my hardware (Bravo throttle). But before the update it works fine. And the release notes of the update reports from changing the fuel system.Whatever, I have to wait for the support answer. But the last reaction for my ticket is 19 days ago.

@flusi2004 I missed anything in the changelog for 1.7 about fuel - only saw the simconnect adjustment. I suppose if you were happy with the prior version you could try reverting to that? Or maybe disconnect the Bravo and just see if APU behaviour changed.

At least you have the 737 to keep you occupied - I'm waiting for the -800 to drop and then I'll grab that for sure.
