I just purchased this wonderful aircraft but I have an issue where the START/STOP switch for the APU is stuck in the START position at all times. This is an issue on all the variants of the aircraft. I can still turn the APU on and off but the switch doesnt move from the START position and appears to be glitched in place.

Could it be that you have some kind of a hardware switch assigned to the APU controls?

I think Grue is probably correct. I have the Honeycomb Alpha and Bravo and had the same problems that you are experiencing. I made separate profiles in MSFS for the Alpha and Bravo for the BAe146 and made sure all the lights/APU etc weren't assigned to any buttons and switches. Once they were all deleted every switch worked perfectly.
