    Hello,

I would like to ask devs, did you have any future updates plan of Piper series or the project has been abandoned?

Check out this thread from March. They do intend to, but pretty much said they wanted to see both the prop physics, and sim update 9 release to understand how / what to do to make further changes. Given that SU9 was late May, I would anticipate it will be a few weeks before we hear more of any update. But there was no indication of calling it complete.

That's correct, we want to avoid investing significant amounts of time in modifying the flight model when there's so much uncertainty about further sim changes coming soon. We're happy with the aircraft as they are but will certainly continue to upgrade them with new features and support for new features added to the sim itself.

Honestly, I wouldn't blame you if you waited even more until the anniversary edition is out. With the introduction of helicopters and gliders, they are very likely to mess up "a bunch of stuff" in the flight model. Then wait for the next update, where trying to fix the mess they will brake everything again.

@frankattilio I think something's changed even after SU9, let alone a major update - a couple of smaller aircraft had some weight & feel of inertia after SU9 & they feel like they've lost some of it since.

Are the SU8 prop physics stable at least?
