Question about updates in Marketplace

So, hello everybody, new here. I am thinking about getting the 146, I might buy it via the Marketplace. My question is: does the plane get the updates there? The version history shows nothing, does it mean it did not get any updates, or that version history thingy is not used?

@summerman Just Flight have always been superb with their post launch support and the 146 has received a handful of good updates (with more coming). I don't see why the Marketplace version wouldn't be updated, as far as I'm aware the Pipers, etc., all have parity between the Marketplace and non Marketplace versions.
When it percolates out to the masses is entirely in the hands of MS, however, and it could take weeks or longer, and they usually only release things in large batches on Thursdays IIRC. Honestly, it's not recommended, the convenience of having everything in on place is massively outweighed by all the downsides.

@jmarkows thank you for the reply, I did figure out they upgrade the marketplace versions as well and like you say they are mostly on par. I couldn’t find the versions in version history, but you can see it in contact manager. I guess after that it’s down to preference for you buy it.
