GPU visibility

When the GPU is enabled on de EFB, it's visible in the "outside view" and you hear the sounds of the GPU.
When the GPU is disabled on de EFB, it's not anymore visible in the "outside view" but you hear the sounds of the GPU running down for a while.
Suggestion: make the GPU available in two steps.
One: GPU is visible but not started.
Two: start the GPU and make the power available to the a/c.
OR
Make the GPU always visible and (only) start/stop from EFB.
