Update 0.1.3 question
-
In the notes for update 0.1.3 VR improvements are mentioned. I would like to know if this includes a fix for the mouse behavior when using the mouse with the FMS? The issue I am referring to is that when using the mouse with the FMS and moving from button to button the focus of mouse changes, that is from close to the FMS to further away (closer to the eyes/yoke focus point). Even when the yoke is off this still happens.
Also would like to know if there is a release date planned for this update ;-).

@hrdejong Yes, the FMS issue in VR will be fixed in the v1.3 update.
We were aiming to release the update today but there are a couple of last bits that we need to add, so it's now on track for release early next week. In the meantime we've updated the change log: https://community.justflight.com/topic/3387/update-change-logs-v0-1-2-released-edited-20-5-22

Can't wait for the patch, these little fixes will be the icing on the cake :)

The final v1.3 change log is now available: https://community.justflight.com/topic/3387/update-change-logs-v0-1-2-released-edited-26-5-22
The update should be available in the next couple of hours and I'll confirm here once it is.

Awesome, did a first check yesterday and the FMS handling in VR looking great! Also love the new scrollbar functionality in the EFB.
Also being able to import weights through the EFB is awesome, one question here is if there is a place where I can find the correct numbers to create the Simbrief airframe profiles (the standard ones are for passenger I think and not correct for cargo for example).
What I did notice that there was no change to the bugs after clicking on different flap settings, could it be that on a pretty empty (some fuel and couple of tons cargo 200 cargo variant) plane there is no noticeable difference between the flap settings?

UPDATE: Just found this, https://forums.flightsimulator.com/t/justflight-bae-146-simbrief-profiles/514492; this does not include cargo variants yet but it's a start

Greetings, I updated yesterday and did a quick IFR flight and saw a couple of strange issues and wondered if anyone else saw them..
-
I set my final flight level for FL240 but the autopilot stopped short at about 23,600 ft. I’d moved to standard pressure and thought it may be something to do with that, but I think it also happened in the climb, I had to manually adjust to altimeter to a bit over the target alt to get it to work
-
In my descent, the autopilot sync with VS set went really weird. Hit the sync button, set my descent rate, hit sync again… and the autopilot tried to climb. Alt was set and armed appropriately. Tried it again during approach and it worked fine but I had what would have been a very unpleasant experience for my virtual passengers!
-
Last one, could not arm glide slope capture on final. Was in nav mode, and the ILS lateral nav captured fine, but had to fly it manually
Anyone seem similar issues. I am definitely not ruling out user error but the plane AP seemed to behave very differently
Thanks. That aside I loved the rest of the updates. The cockpit lighting felt really great and the EFB changes are awesome

First one (maybe others too) should be fixed with the just released 0.1.4 version.
