    Hi!

I'm trying to figure out how to assign the IAS key on the Honeycomb Bravo. Which keybinding is the right one? I've tried all the obvious ones but to no avail.

    Thank you!

I would like to know this as well. Absolutely loving the 146 and just upgraded to the Honeycomb Bravo so that I can properly control all four throttles. I tinkered with the MCP tonight and got everything working except IAS and ALT ARM. Are there selectable MSFS inputs for these?

@destiny14 said in Key binding for IAS mode:

        Honeycomb Bravo

        These should work:

ALT ARM: SELECT ALTITUDE BUG assignment followed by the PLUS or MINUS assignment
IAS: SELECT AIRSPEED BUG assignment followed by the PLUS or MINUS assignment

Just realised that you are probably referring to the IAS autopilot mode. That will be assignable to TOGGLE AUTOPILOT LEVEL CHANGE as of v1.3.

Isn’t this the key binding for setting the target altitude? I was hoping there was an assignment for engaging/disengaging the ALT ARM mode to acquire the selected altitude.

@martyn Hi - thanks for the 1.3 update! Just made the assignment of TOGGLE AUTOPILOT LEVEL CHANGE (in options menu as it doesn't seem to be exposed in Spad) but when I toggle it on/off I don't see the indication on the FCU? The light does show on my Logitech multipanel so I'm assuming it's being activated. Will try in the air and confirm behaviour there.

@b3lt3r Hmm, I had similar with my Bravo, but no lights either on the FCU or my Bravo, but I think it may have been activated in the background. When I switched to VS mode and applied speed brakes to slow down the plane just nose dived to maintain air speed and nothing I could do could get it to work as it previously did.

@Martyn You said TOGGLE AUTOPILOT LEVEL CHANGE can be used to enable IAS mode, but it doesn't seem to work. Can you verify this?

@tatar We encountered an issue with MSFS/SimConnect which Asobo have now provided a solution for. If that works then that will be fixed in the next update.
