    Hi guys!

I have a Thrustmaster hotas T16000m and i have assigned a small wheel on the throttle to control the Trim.

It works with every single plane that i have just fine (Even the JF arrows) but with this plane it doesnt. It only goes from -100 to 100, nothing in between. As soon as i try to take off the plane will crash so i cant use my purchase

Another user reported the same issue on avsim here

What should i do? Im frustrated and dissapointed

@xender Use trim up/down button assignments if you can in the meantime.

JF is aware and they're working a fix for trim axes it looks like.

From start I can´t set a proper VS and trimming it out for that, it flies like a cupshelf. Ony way out is activating AP as soon as possible.

Correction: it´s needing a lot, a lot of uptrimming after TO. After that I could reach a reliable VS and later IAS.

@sparrows69 Are you sure you are setting proper CG before takeoff?

@the-sledge Well, I´m inside/way more under max load, I click CG in EFB which is setting trim. I don´t think im off or way off CG limits.

There will be changes to the auto CG trim clickspot and config warning horn for the -200 and -300 variants in the next update. That should prevent these config warnings.

Hi. I had this exact same issue with PMDG's DC-6 and my V1 Flight Yoke. Touch the trim wheel and the aircraft goes nuts. Has to do with how the trim access is programmed.

As suggested by others, changing the trim assignment to buttons works a whole lot better. PMDG DC6 is quite stable with button assigned Trim.
