EFIS flight deck option?

Hello! Of all the exciting addons coming to MSFS, I have to say that I am most excited about the 146 Professional. I just learned about the 146 Professional a couple days ago and am blown away by the preview photos. I have very fond memories of flying this aircraft in the early 2000s in the US and can’t wait to have it in my MSFS hangar. I didn’t notice any mention of it in the description, but is the EFIS cockpit going to be included as an option? I know EFIS was mostly equipped on just the Avro RJ trim birds, but Air Wisconsin / United Express had it optioned on their baseline 146-100s. Also, any chance of expanding out to include the Avro RJ upgrade variants? In any case, would love to see a Mesaba / Northwest Airlink livery on the 146-200 even if the RJ85 upgrades aren’t fully modeled. Keep up the great work, and can’t wait to purchase once it is available!

The RJ is already in development and will follow after we've completed work on the 146.
We don't currently have any firm plans for bringing the EFIS upgrade to the 146 but it's certainly something that we'll look at once we've completed both the 146 and RJ, giving us everything that we'd need to do that.
(The RAF Royal Flight aircraft that we visited for research were EFIS equipped 146s).

@martyn Congratulations on the release of the 146! She is magnificent. Now that she is out, I wanted to check in and ask about the EFIS option and the Avros. Is there any information you are able to share at this point to manage expectations about subsequent development on the Avros and/or an EFIS option on the 146?

@n651eb We're still a way off from being able to announce all the details but the RJ has been in development for a while now. We are busy working on the EFIS displays at the moment. The only thing I can't currently commit to is bringing those EFIS displays back into the 146 variants.
