Prepar3D V4.5 No Global Traffic

I've looked at all the posts in here and also made a ticket.
It seems I have loaded everything correctly but I only get the default traffic, that includes installing with admin privileges.
I'm sure it's something easy but I've got no idea.
The program works fine on my FSX version on another computer.
All I see at numerous airports via the viewing is the default aircraft.
Also, in the compiling log there are lots of errors.
The main one for myself is the fact I want to operate from Dubai and it says it can't find parking spots for all the different aircraft.
