Question about purchase of this plane

I downloaded the PA-28R Turbo Arrow III/IV manual and in it I found this

You can install this Arrow III/IV software as often as you like on the same computer system

But what if I get a new computer system ? Can I not install it on that system without repurchasing it ?

As with most games, once you have bought a download product you can install it on another device as long as you have a valid licence. There is a limit, but it depends on how many new PCs you intend to buy.
