Got the latest update - and though I'm new to MSFS2020 I know how a stopwatch should work, and the one on the hawk doesn't start - I've tried switching tooltips off (it made no difference). Is there a setting I've got wrong? Any ideas?

      I have problems as well.
I got it running ... I think by clicking with both mouse buttons atthe same time, but now it won't stop?!

        I think I figured it out ...
For some reason I could not push any other dual function knob/selector either, like for instance that of the standby Directional Gyro. I could not sync it, by pressing, but only wind/rotate it by dragging or using the middle mouse button. So it's not just a Stopwatch problem.
If I hover the mouse pointer over such a selector, the 'flat hand' does not change to 'the hand with the pointing finger'!
I have a mouse with two extra buttons on the side and to switch the mouse to the 'pressing mode' in stead of 'rotating mode', I have to first press the forward mouse side button, followed by the aft one.
You have to this to start and stop the stopwatch, press any other dual function selector.

        Hope it helps.

Please check that you have Legacy Option selected under General Options - Accessibility - Cockpit Interaction System.
