EFB does not work
-
After many months with no issues, I reset MSFS (reason unrelated) and reinstalled the Turbo Arrow IV, and now the EFB tablet no longer works - it stays black and the on/off button on its right side does nothing. There is nothing in my MSFS Community folder. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the plane multiple times.
However, when I delete the cache files in the directory below, the EFB works again until the next flight when these files are created again:
C:\Users[MYNAME]\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\packages\justflight-aircraft-pa28-turboarrow
The files I must delete to get EFB to work are:
m1056ab90281d54f4_0.cache
m1056ab90281d54f4_0.dll
m1056ab90281d54f4_0.lib
m1056ab90281d54f4_0.natvis
m1056ab90281d54f4_0.pdbI also noted that this is a problem when starting at some airports but then at other airports the EFB loads fine.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated. I have been flying this plane for months on a trip around the US and am very disappointed that I'm having this problem now and have to keep deleting the cache, which means the plane takes 5-10 minutes to load every time I want to fly.

JustMicko suggested a different work-around. See https://forums.flightsimulator.com/t/justflight-arrow-efb-tablet-black/480830/2
I first noticed after install of post-SU7 Open Beta 1.21.18.0.
Are people seeing this with SU7 formal release 1.21.13.0?
Has anyone entered a support ticket on this? -
@martino72 Yes, I am on the latest beta. I tested starting at different airports throughout the U.S. and it only happened at airports on the east coast, like KEWR and KFLL. I had no problem at airports further west such as KASE and KAEX. I have no idea why it seems to be location based but regardless deleting the cache after every flight has been working for me.
