pms 750 mod not working

I have just updated to the new Arrow. However it is not recognising my 750 mod. I have updated the mod and it is still not giving me the option in the tablet. This worked with the previous version of the Arrow. Is this a new bug? Also my gns530 screen is black, I have tried everything but it still stays black.

This is happening for me with all the Arrows after updating, so you're not alone. I already reached out to support about it. ☺

@rfpilot, @Ntimm1129 , @Craze I just upgraded the Turbo Arrow and did two flights. Both with the GTN750 and all was good.
When you upgraded did you uninstall the previous version of the Arrow 'properly' using the installer exe? That approach seems to have cleared up some issues in the past for me, but not sure if it is placebo :-)
I guess it is needless to mention using the latest GTN version and trying with an otherwise empty community folder ;-)

@superkaro2014 Where is the installer exe? The first time I installed over the existing files. The second time I deleted the files and did a clean install. Both methods did not resolve the twin problem that the 750 is not found and the 530 has a black screen.

@rfpilot it is simply the exe file for the Arrow. It provides an uninstall option once you have launched it.
I always uninstall first with the ‘old’ exe, and the re-install after with the ‘new’ exe.
Again, this may be entirely unnecessary but it seemed to clear up some issue in the past, so I just stuck with it!

I just flew the updated Arrow IIi with the GNS75O working as it did before.

@craze, are you by any chance using the Bijan 4 seasons mod? I am and just a thought that this may be conflicting with the Arrow GPSs?

Please can Justflight fix this problem and issue a patch. I have tried everything including full disinstall and reinstall and empty community folder apart from the Arrow and the 530 and 750 mods. I have tried with various airports, cold and dark and also ready to take off. The 530 screens are black, and there is no option for the 750 even though I have the latest version.

This seems to be random as myself and others its fine, but for some not so much.
Can I suggest everyone post how their planes were packaged. ie. bought separately, the 3 plane bundle, marketplane, etc. JF has had a bug before that was only in the 3 plane bundle version, so maybe this might help track it down.
My 750 works fine and mine were purchased separately.

I purchased mine as the package including the standard Arrow and the turbo Arrow. Purchased direct from Justflight. I can confirm that before this update, my 530 and 750 were working perfectly, no problems at all. -
@weptburrito @RFpilot is it safe to assume that the GPS units work fine for you in other planes, i.e. it is only with the Arrow there is an isssue?

Correct, I don't have any issues with other planes using the GPSs, only the Arrows. And only with this latest update.
