      1- Does VOR work?

2- Where and how do I input the NDB frequency?

3- why does the TACAN have a really short range? It should be about 350 miles I thought. In the hawk it’s about 70 miles.

@herb Because of the limitations of MSFS, the 'TACAN' is actually a VOR/DME tuner, the frequency translation is in the manual, and any stations that have both will show the TACAN station to tune to get the VOR as well.

@herb You can tune VORs using either the TACAN or ILS receiver. Refer to the manual for more info.

There is no ADF receiver fitted to the Hawk.

There is no custom code related to TACAN or VOR range so that is a limitation of the sim itself.

The ILS freqs will not go below 110.00 mHz using the thumb dials. It should go to 108.00mHz.

@retiredman93231 Interesting, when I use the mouse in VR to change it, 110.00 is as low as I can go. ????

@jmig Be aware that the small wheel for changing the 10's digit is on the right side of the number, right next to the 1's digit wheel. It is very difficult to click on the right one!

@retiredman93231 Yes, I can use the left side to change the 10's and the right side to change the 10ths. I cannot (while in VR) get the 10s below 10. The lowest frequency I can dial in is 110.00 mhz.

@jmig Are you using the furthest left wheel to select '0'? i.e. 0/8/0/0 for 108.00? Note that the two wheels on the left are located right next to each other.
