Does it save when you click the button, or when you exit or when you save a flight? Every time I start it up again the Com 1 radio volume is down all the way and the Transponder is turned off.

@ted-toad As far as I know (somebody correct me if I'm wrong) the radio volumes (Com 1 and Com 2) have not been included in 'state saving' yet. This has already been asked for on this forum (hint to JF). If more people ask for it on a support ticket it might happen.

Hoping the next update will include COM1 and COM 2 volumes in the state saving as requested in support ticket. Please 🙂

NAV 1 and NAV 2 volumes are already included in state saving.

The aircraft state is saved automatically when you exit/end a flight.

@martyn Yes but the COM1 and COM2 volumes are not included in that state saving. I leave them at full volume when I exit/end a flight (because it would be nice to not have to turn the volumes up every time when I switch COM1 and COM2 on again in the next flight) but they are always turned down to zero volume when I start a flight. The NAV1 and NAV2 volumes do stay at full volume when I exit/end a flight, so can the COM1 and COM2 volumes be included in the state saving to do the same please? (Support ticket raised for this some time ago.)
