With respect to the Turbo Arrow III/IV, I would like to know what aircraft equipment designations (e.g. slant Alpha, slant Whiskey, etc.) are for the following two configurations?
I understand there are two sets of designations, FAA and ICAO. What would be their respective codes for the following two configurations?

No "glass"...just:
GPS 100
KN 62A DME
KR 85 ADF
KT 76A transponder
KX 170B COM1/NAV1 radio
KX 175B COM2/NAV2 radio -
Same as above, but without using the GPS 100
