Licence number not accepted

I´m trying to acivate the plugin introducing my e-mail (used in the purchase in X-plane.org store) and the licence number received with my purchase, but I receive the same window "Your licence number has not been accepted".Many thanks for your help!!

I read the manual and the FAQS, and I do exactly all instructions (intruduce my mail and the licence number).... it´s simple.But the product its not actived because the licence number it´s not accepted by the Just Flight servers.
What I´m doing wrong?
Can I wait for some hours because I buy it in another store different to Just Flight store?Many thaks

If the licence key isn't working you need to contact Just Flight support.
