When I load a Warrior Model my wheels have pants (I believe that is the correct term?) initially, but I loose them once I takeoff. Why would this occur?
I can't think of any reason for that as they should only be controllable via the EFB. I'd suggest getting in touch with the support team so they can investigate: https://support.justflight.com/support/tickets/new
