Primer in Arrow turbo

Is there a way to assign the primer button to Honeycomb. The usual "Trigger engine primers" does not work.

All the Primer button does is momentarily activate the fuel pump on HIGH, as long as you hold the button down. Just turn on the fuel pump with your previously assigned Honeycomb switch...
