@weptburrito Are you using a default livery? Maybe since im using a livery I downloaded it doesn't look right.

Yep looks like an issue with third-party liveries. Interesting.

lol guess I don't look at the wings much. I've got 1 addon livery and it has the same thing you're showing.

I found the problem, outdated livery. I've still got version 0.1.0 floating around, and on the texture that writing, the red avgas and some other text somewhere are baked on the wing. But at some point JF removed it and changed to a decal, hence why there's a double now.

Plot thickens... the offending graphics are in the paintkit...JF would need to update that.

@weptburrito So JustFlight needs to fix this? Is there anything I can do myself in the meantime?

@wuper Actually looking closer it is in fact a layer in the file for the paintkit that I would assume could be omitted by the livery maker. Should JF remove or should the livery maker look closer? Who's to say. The one livery I have looks like it came out a week after the plane did and has never been updated. I would give a shout to to the livery creator with a pic and see if they can update.

@weptburrito I will contact the livery maker if im not able to remove it myself. I’m sure I could throw it in GIMP and somehow remove it in the meantime since it’s annoying to look at. Thanks for your help.

I suggest you anyway open a Support ticket to have the paintkit updated.
Since there is a forced decal at that location, there is no need for any paint kit to include the blurry texture for the text anymore and they should get rid of it.

Those are on a separate stencil layer so are easily removed for any repaints, but we'll also look to get them permanently removed from the paint kit now that we've switched to decals.
