Mixture at idle cut-off does not stop engine.

Title says it all!

It's working correctly here and we've not (knowingly) made any changes to the mixture logic.
Did you uninstall v0.2.0 before installing v0.3.0? Have you made sure the mixture lock is off and the lever is definitely at 0% (fully lean)?

@Martyn I had not uninstalled v0.2.0, so I went back, uninstalled it, rebooted computer, and reinstalled v0.3.0
Same thing. It appears to me that mixture will not travel all the way to full cutoff, whether using the mouse on-screen, or using the axis I have assigned to mixture.

@Martyn I don't know if it's just a coincidence, but on my last uninstall, I uninstalled from the Apps section of Windows Settings, rather than deleting the folder from Community, or initiating the uninstall from the 0.3.0 installer exe.

@KC-Pilot Make sure you click on the "Mixture Lock" tab (just below the red handle) to toggle it. This is a safety feature of the aircraft that prevents the mixture lever from going past about 40% lean while in flight. You can also move the levers past the lock to cutoff by assigning the function "DECREASE MIXTURE 1" to the full aft lever switch on your throttle quadrant.

@RetiredMan93231 Thank you! You win the prize for correct answer. I even owned several PA28s over the years, and if any of them had this lock, it's too long ago for me to remember!

If you start from Cold&Dark the lock is not engaged. I guess people only run into that if they start on the runway where it is engaged.
But this was the case before 0.3.0 as well, so not specific to this update.
