Some feedback and a few bugs to report in v1.1.2.1
MIAT Mongolian Airlines looks to have been accidentally replaced in the schedules instead of TUI in the latest version.
They seemed to have become one of the largest carriers in Europe in this last update. The new AI swapper is a great tool, but could use some important tweaks,
-
lots of CRJ/CR7's and smaller type aircraft ERJ/ER4's being swapped for much larger airframes 737's and even 772's
(Swiss International Air Lines and Air France are being effected most for larger airframe substitutions, and American, Delta and United have the most small aircraft substitutions) -
lots of PAKISTAN INTERNATIONAL AIRLINES flights Swapped for ALASKA AIRLINES flights
-
lots of NORWEGIAN AIR SHUTTLE b73H Swapped for larger NORWEGIAN AIR SHUTTLE 787-8
-
lots of TAAG ANGOLA AIRLINES b73G Swapped for larger TAAG ANGOLA AIRLINES 777-3
-
lots of TUI FLY BELGIUM 73H Swapped for various alternative European carriers, including CARGO ASL AIRLINES BELGIUM
-
lots of AMERIJET INTERNATIONAL 76F's Swapped for ALASKA AIRLINES 739's (ALASKA AIRLINES seems to have lots of unrealistic/incorrect substitutions in the schedules)
-
a few BRITISH AIRWAYS E90's Swapped for BRITISH AIRWAYS AC b747's
It would be good to see an additional tool in the manager which could let the user dictate these airline/airframe substitutions (so we get the final say)
Lastly,
-
FLYDUBAI 737-8 is missing from the AI fleet
-
Vueling fleet A320 missing from the AI fleet
-
Will we ever get the AER LINGUS A332 for this Add-on? It has been listed in the default schedules for around a year now

Hello,
I'm not sure your right in saying that the swaps are random:"Resolved Flight Plan ## Class 2 ## Pos:10634 AMERICAN AIRLINES AC: ER4 Swapped for: AMERICAN AIRLINES AC: 738
Resolved Flight Plan ## Class 2 ## Pos:10635 AMERICAN AIRLINES AC: ERD Swapped for: AMERICAN AIRLINES AC: 738
Resolved Flight Plan ## Class 2 ## Pos:10636 UNITED AIRLINES AC: ERJ Swapped for: UNITED AIRLINES AC: 737
Resolved Flight Plan ## Class 2 ## Pos:10637 UNITED AIRLINES AC: ERJ Swapped for: UNITED AIRLINES AC: 737
Resolved Flight Plan ## Class 3 ## Pos:10638 CAPE AIR CNA Swapped for: ALASKA AIRLINES 739
Resolved Flight Plan ## Class 2 ## Pos:10667 AMERICAN AIRLINES AC: CR7 Swapped for: AMERICAN AIRLINES AC: 738
Resolved Flight Plan ## Class 2 ## Pos:10668 DELTA AIR LINES AC: CR9 Swapped for: DELTA AIR LINES AC: 717
Resolved Flight Plan ## Class 2 ## Pos:10669 AMERICAN AIRLINES AC: CR9 Swapped for: AMERICAN AIRLINES AC: 738
Resolved Flight Plan ## Class 2 ## Pos:10670 AMERICAN AIRLINES AC: CRJ Swapped for: AMERICAN AIRLINES AC: 738
Resolved Flight Plan ## Class 2 ## Pos:10672 UNITED AIRLINES AC: E7W Swapped for: UNITED AIRLINES AC: 737
Resolved Flight Plan ## Class 2 ## Pos:10673 UNITED AIRLINES AC: E7W Swapped for: UNITED AIRLINES AC: 737
Resolved Flight Plan ## Class 2 ## Pos:10674 AMERICAN AIRLINES AC: ER4 Swapped for: AMERICAN AIRLINES AC: 738

Resolved Flight Plan ## Class 2 ## Pos:10677 UNITED AIRLINES AC: ERJ Swapped for: UNITED AIRLINES AC: 737
Resolved Flight Plan ## Class 2 ## Pos:10678 UNITED AIRLINES AC: ERJ Swapped for: UNITED AIRLINES AC: 737"...some work but others don't:
here a cargo airline has been replaced by Air new Zealand
"Resolved Flight Plan ## Class 3 ## Pos:41585 AIR CHATHAMS 74Y Swapped for: AIR NEW ZEALAND 763
Resolved Flight Plan ## Class 3 ## Pos:41586 AIR CHATHAMS 74Y Swapped for: AIR NEW ZEALAND 763
Resolved Flight Plan ## Class 3 ## Pos:41587 AIR CHATHAMS 74Y Swapped for: AIR NEW ZEALAND 763
Resolved Flight Plan ## Class 3 ## Pos:41588 AIR CHATHAMS 74Y Swapped for: AIR NEW ZEALAND 763
Resolved Flight Plan ## Class 3 ## Pos:41589 AIR CHATHAMS 74Y Swapped for: AIR NEW ZEALAND 763"...going further into the schedule errors in the latest version, I want to raise another point that Cargolux has been replaced outright by 'AIR CHATHAMS' in the schedules list (it was listed correctly in v1.1.2.0). This results in ELLX Luxembourg Airport now has an abundance of AIR NEW ZEALAND 767-300's
I hope the MIAT Mongolian Airline/TUI issue is resolved soon.
I also hope that South America and Oceania get some TLC in the future (I have noticed that major airports in these regions have next to no flights compared to Europe with some empty airports like YBBN) -
yea I see lots like that,
that's why I thought the AI swapper would be a good tool if used correctly.
Don't really understand why the AI name codes were changed during BETA development.
If they stayed the same then we wouldn't need the use of the swapper tool so much....Also for the developer to note.
AI at smaller airports seem to have a traffic % set very low (so lots show up at small airports)
where AI at larger airports seem to have a traffic % set in the 80/90's and above (so hardly any show up at larger airports in comparison)if this is intentional then I get why this has been done (saves performance at large 3rd party airports on low end computers e.g. EGLL, RJAA),
but this means larger airports look empty unless you set AI% to 100% and obviously doing this still causes performance issues in itself.
A better solution would to see more of a balance around mid range traffic %'s so we can still see our A380's at Heathrow while still being able to find a Free parking spot at Liverpool. -

@firetrap1 said in List of Bugs found in v1.1.2.1:
new bug found today
AI aircraft in the
"JFAI_Jetstream_41"
folder all refuse to take-off from the ground after being cleared to go from the tower.
Not sure the 'swaps' you mention are bugs. There is a function for substitutes in the software. Either way, if you have any issues with the software your best bet is to report them to Just Flight support and raise a ticket.
