BAe 146 Repaints/Requests

Would request a Jota Aviation cargo bae 146-300
-
I've made a start with Jota; the original -200 series G-SMLA initially but once the textures are dialled in they can be easily transferred across to the -300 freighter. Still plenty to do (matching the stripes across the tailfin and rear fuselage is rather tricky!) but I'll keep you posted.

Would it be possible to do an AirPac livery? It’s an extremely rare plane that only briefly operated in the early 1980s in Alaska, but it would be nice to see it for the new 146.

I already proposed a crossair livery here: https://community.justflight.com/topic/1343/bae-146-livery
crossair had 24 BAe in the fleet and had routes all over europe. a lot of good memories come up when seeing this early livery with the blue/silver cheatline and swiss flag on the tail.

would really appreciate this livery with a possible RJ upgrade/addon. thank you.

FINISHED: The Palmair Flightline repaint is now finished and is available to download from Avsim here: https://library.avsim.net/index.php?CatID=p3dacrp

Hi @Martyn
can you ask the modeler or the person who made the paint kit how best to achieve a straight line that runs on the belly of the fuselage, as I cannot see a clear way to get straight lines with the paint kit as is.
as an example here is the BA paint against the UV lines. not sure how to paint straight lines as shown?

FINISHED: The updated Blue1 repaint v1.1 is now completed and can be downloaded from Avsim here (Edited to add new link); https://library.avsim.net/download.php?DLID=220240

@alanbyrne94 Pleased to report the Jota repaint is starting to take shape (the repaint kit is an absolute pig to work with!) - I'll hopefully get this finished off over the weekend and copied across onto the 300QT too!

Excellent, big thanks! Just as slight correction to the readme file ...
- Copy the "texture.blue1" folder to your 'SimObjects\Airplanes\JF_146-300' folder in P3Dv4
That probably should read JF_146-200 !

FINISHED: A double-whammy for all you Jota Aviation fans;
Pax-configured 146-200 G-SMLA - get it here: https://library.avsim.net/download.php?DLID=220242

Sure, here's the reply:
Use the pen tool in photoshop to draw a line where you think the colour boundary should be, Put an anchor point over each vertical UV map line (where the polygons join in loops along the fuselage). When you have worked across the fuselage area you intent to paint, complete the line by looping back to the start with a few more anchor points, This should create a path which can be filled with a block colour, with the anchor points sitting on the vertical edge loops. It'll take a number of passes saving out the image, but all that is needed is to adjust the anchor points vertically on the image, refill the loop, have a look at the model and keep adjusting the anchor points until it looks right.

I would like to see cobham aviation 146-300QT (and why not -200/300 too) https://www.jetphotos.com/photo/9138278
