V1.5 VOR Needle issue

Hello team. Great work on yet another update, much appreciated!!

I have this strange issue where the VOR Needle deviation will behave normally if the pointer is towards a station, but won't settle on a radial when pointing away from the station. Making it impossible to fly an outbound radial. Does anybody else have this or could test it. I tried on 3 VOR stations and they all had the same behaviour.
