Before I buy I will like to know if it is possible to click some instruments like FMS for togglins 2D pop-up.

FMS pops out, that's about it from the VC. You do get a 2d checklist, flight computer and doors animation control. Perhaps the RJ will have more.

At this stage the only 2D pop-up that might be added is one for the autopilot controller on the centre console.
