Foggy traffic

Hello,

I am posting this because I can't figure out why all my aircraft look fuggy. It gets worst when they take off. Even with clear weather, they start flickering and looks like they are going through clouds or something. Is anyone else having this issues? I am including a screenshot so you can see it
