SU7 Issues

Hi guys,

With SU7 today I have some game breaking issues.

1. PFD remains blank

I was trying different cockpit states (Cold and dark, ready for take off etc.) or reloading the sim muliple times. But both PFD are still blank.

2. Fuel quantity remains zero after using the EFB refueling system. It seems like the refueling works, but the gauges below the engines gauges still remaining on zero.

I could "fix" this by reloading the aircraft many times. My first guess is, that this only occurs when you refuel with gsx handling.

Maybe there are a couple of more issues, but since I was not able to fly without PFD, I cant say that.

It seems the PFD is working when you spawn the aircraft ready to fly on a runway.

3. The "speed charts" are broken then.

I was trying a whole new and fresh installation.

Now also half of the Engine gauges are blank. Something is very broken with SU7 :((

Im having the same issues, Can never get any PFD info after alignment, tried to do a ready for takeoff and it doesnt work either..

Same problem here as reported in an earlier post. Hopefully JF will have an update.

Glad to hear it's not just me. I lost an hour last night uninstalling/restarting/reinstalling/decaching trying to fix missing displays and gauges.

Unfortunately we weren't aware of SU7 introducing significant issues prior to its public release, frustrating.

We're investigating now and will keep you updated.

I'm having the same issues since SU7. I'm sure the ever efficient team at Just Flight will have a fix.

Just created an account to add that I've also been having these exact issues with the RJ, and also went through the cache clearing, WASM troubleshooting, uninstall/reinstall cycle.

Good to know it's not just me, and there's a real cause with SU7. Looking forward to a fix, as I've been flying sectors in these planes lately like it's my second job.

Guess I'll go touch some grass while I wait for an update!

Same result on my end. After the confirmed drag calculation issue affecting all native planes its just another topic on top of this SU7 nightmare. I really feel with the devs this time

Same issue here. I have both the PFD alignment problem and broken engine instrumentation. The engines can even start and secondary instrumentation works, but the primary instrumentation is always in the same state, even showing zero values on the displays when the plane is completely powered off.

We've identifed and fixed the issue. We're now in the process of updating the installers and submitting new PC, Xbox and PS5 versions to the MSFS 2024 Marketplace.

Will you also be adding the new installer to the Justflight download section?

The v1.6 update for MSFS 2024 should now be available in your Just Flight account.

@Martyn is this isolated to just the RJ’s or has it also effected the other’s 146,F-70/100?

Gentlemen, I have noted that you are aware of the problems caused by MSFS2024 SU7 to your RJ airplane. I also noted in the forum that you have pushed a new version 1.6 that solves the matter. You have however indicated in the forum that the new version is available in the download section of Justflight website and that it will be pushed to MP.

I have however purchased the plane on a different seller platform.

Could you please confirm that the new build will also be available through your resellers, or anyhow advise how I can update my installation? Is there a way to download the new version from your website validating it through the seller product key?
