Change to Livery Folder Names: when available

The version 0.0.1.0 is still the latest available in "MY ORDERS".

I've just checked on my end, and v0.0.1.1 of the Livery Manager is showing as available for both the F70 & F100 in My Account on justflight.com.

If you continue to see v0.0.1.0 in your account, I would recommend clearing your browser cache and then trying again.
