    I run the installer and then this following error comes. I enter the email and password but nothing happens after i click activate. please help.

    Script error:

    "An error has occurred in the script on this page"

    It asks do i want to continue. I click yes..but then after entering email id and password..nothing happen.

    Please help.

        yes they were able to solve this.

        Issue was internet explorer 11 needs to be installed. kind of absurd. but that solved the issue.

          Well all sorted then, never use IE11 anymore Windows 10 and MS have moved on.

            We would generally recommend users upgrade to Windows 10. Technically, it does still includes a copy of IE11 for legacy purposes such as our usage of it in our installers to display the login/code prompt.

            The reason for the requirement of IE11 is that it supports features we require on the login/code prompt that earlier versions don't, alongside support for TLS 1.2 which will be required when we disable the older deprecated versions in the near future.

              I use the latest MS Edge now, more secure and faster.
