Could be my understanding, or age of the tutorial video, but when I try to do the outboard/inboard SKID CONTR TEST, I don't get a light to illuminate. The light will illuminate when I turn off the system by moving the guarded switch next to the light to off. So I know the light works, but not sure what I am doing wrong.

Love the aircraft - scratches a specific itch. Just not sure here if I am missing something, or if something got bugged perhaps due to a sim update. I am not in beta, running 2.3 of the F28. So far tried this in the -1000 and -3000. Same result. All other lights are working, I am running the checklist in order in the game EFB.

Thanks for the feedback. We'll log this on our internal trackers to investigate further ahead of the next F28 update.

If you need any video or something, happy to help. It's just the one thing I saw, and it was working in the tutorial video, albeit 2 years ago in 2020, so thought maybe something with a 2024 SU perhaps.

The parking brake needs to be released for the Skid Control test to work (it won't work if there's brake pressure already at the wheel units). So in the pre-flight you need the chocks in and the parking brake off for the Skid Control test.

The guarded switch turns off the power to the Skid Control Computer, which will therefore make the warning light illuminate.

The tutorial videos were done when the F28 was released - V2 of the F28 updated the Skid Control system logic to be more realistic (i.e. not working with the parking brake set). In V1 this wasn't simulated.
