Not sure if this is a bug but since the new 1.2 update there seens to be a mismatch between the flap track fairings of the F100. Port side (left) looks as i this is the ones on the F70. This is just the L2 variant it seems.
That's correct as per the real aircraft. The inboard flap track fairing on the port side is different on the F100 L2 door variant to give sufficient clearance from the door.
