Relentless cabin crew calls

Every flight I get the FWD crew call light illuminated and the interphone buzzer. I reset it and then 1 second later it chimes again. I have tried numerous times, and ways to reset but it does not.

I even get from time to time a "ding dong" in the cockpit without any call light illuminated

@captjames747 Do you recall if you had the F/O HANDLES COMMS enabled or disabled on the EFB/tablet?

If that option is disabled, the calls from the cabin must be manually answered via the audio panels in order for the CALLS to be reset.

If that option is enabled, then the F/O will answer and reset all calls from the cabin automatically.

@Swisspilot1986 The "ding dong" is a cabin-to-cabin call and part of our Auto Cabin Crew logic that simulates the cabin environment throughout the flight.
