Starred the APU, turned off external power. On the EFB I disconnected the GPU. After a bit of prep, I pushed back. Taxiing. Still shows external power available on the overhead and I can switch it on. Still getting a message that it’s connected. Take off and climb to FL330. Both still there. Overhead says available and I have the external power connected message. EFB shows the GPU disconnected the moment I clicked it and waited for it to go. However it still shows it connected through the jetway even though I’m in the air.

I got the same effect while being in the ground after deselecting the Ground Power Unit while it was still switched on.
To solve it i confirmed chocks set, GPU connected in the EFB. Then switching GND PWR off in the overhead, deselecting GPU in EFB.

We believe this is related to the jetway not being disconnected prior to pushback. We have a way of forcing the EXT AC to disconnect during pushback currently in testing, and we intend to include it in the next update.

@Mark I had it set to have GSX take care of ground handling and I cannot disconnect the jetway manually under that circumstance, so that’s probably why. It didn’t disconnect before pushback if I recall correctly
