Can't engage 2nd Autopilot during landing.

I tried ILS approach at runway 11 of VGSY. AP 1 one is already engaged. I set up ILS freq. and course in the ILS cont. Panel. APP is selected on both EFIS CP. Pressed V/L on the FMP. Then Lined up on the LOC, configured the flaps and landing gear, pressed LAND button. Then pressed AP 2 button. But AP 2 is not engaging.

My understanding on the Fokker is that the 2nd autopilot connects automatically Haseen. No pressing necessary unlike the A320 or the Boeing aircraft.
What is happening in the JF Fokker, however, is that both autopilots engage simultaneously when AP connected on takeoff, which may be a thing on the real aircraft, but seems unlikely.
