    I noticed on my first flight that the auto throttle will overshoot the target speed by about 15 knots then reduce thrust and then fall behind the speed about 15 knots and this will happen over and over until I get to cruise altitude. It also happened on descent which causes me to blow through constraints and then be way under them when it tries to throttle back, I have the ATS throttle lock on so my hardware shouldn't be trying to fight it. Is this just how the real aircraft was? Am I doing something wrong? (Aircraft was in PROF mode while this was happening)

      Was this in the F70 or F100, or both?

      What was your gross weight?

          I'd second this - I flew a quick hop in the F100 last night, and another couple of legs back-to-back earlier today and had the same issue; feels like it's more acute (or at least more noticeable) when you're slowing down during the approach phase, but it seems to consistently undershoot the commanded speed by 15kts before the power comes in again. If it helps:

          • this was all in the F100
          • aircraft weights varied significantly during testing - I encountered the same with zero pax and 2,000kg of fuel, and again at 35,000kg;
          • this was with speedbrakes retracted
          • Same behaviour with flaps up and at 8/25, and with gear up and down
          • MSFS2024, live weather (winds varied from 3-20kts)

            With regards to leaving feedback on AFCAS or ATS modes, could I kindly point you in the direction of the following forum post: https://community.justflight.com/post/51297

            That post gives some instructions on what would be the best way to log feedback with us, as well as providing some comments from us on the ATS feedback.
