Once you select TOGA on the ground, it seems it is forever armed and no amount of cycling the ATS Switch, FD Switch, or even the AT Flight Augmentation switches seem to have any effect. For example. Let's say I activate Toga on the ground, engines off (trying to map hardware) the throttles advance, I press the Auto Throttle disconnect switch on the side, the ATS light goes out and pressing again kills the flashing orange AT indicator on the PFD. I reset throttles to Idle. But as soon as I press the ATS switch on the FMP, the throttles immediately begin to advance again. Not only will this be frustrating in the event of a rejected takeoff, but it makes trial and error in mapping hardware near impossible to determine if the mapping worked without re-loading the aircraft over and over and over again.

But while I'm on about it, any hint as to what command actually activates the TOGA, I found the LVARs that move the throttle toga switches, but that does not seem to activate TOGA, nor does the AFCAS_TOGA_PRESSED that highlights when using the Inspector in dev mode.

    Otherwise, this aircraft is FANTASTIC!

Ok so apparently AFCAS_TOGA_PRESSED, AFCAS_TOGA_PRESSED_anim, and AFCAS_TOGA_PRESSED_isdown worked. But the activating of TOGA still should reset whenever the ATS system is disconnected, or at least if the FD are cycled
