Dynamic registration colours?

Hey team. I am working on a livery generation tool, which outputs PNGs for use with the imagetoktx2 tool to generate msfs24 liveries. One thing I want to find out, with the dynamic registration, I might be able to use a panel.cfg to set the font colour of that registration, does anyone here know what that might look like if it's possible?
