Unstable ILS Approaches

Hello all,
All the time on the approach i end up on an angle to left or to right. Even so that if i let plane go down it would hit the ground off the runway. Autopilot doesn't follow ILS beam accurate enough it constantly waves around.
On my last flight i went to EGLC, it got the CAT 2 Light on and then the plane drifted so much that the Light turned red. All this with 3 kn crosswind. I was at VREF with TMS set to sync and GS was being follwed good.
