Bravo Throttle Assignments

Does anyone have the landing gear and fuel pumps assigned correctly on the Bravo Quadrant. I have been unable to get those two to work.
Any advice on anomalies setting up Alpha and Bravo with this brilliant plane with solutions would be welcomed.

Gear Down - Joystick Button 32

Gear Up - Joystick Button 31
The fuel pump command assignment should be Set Electric Fuel Pump 1, but it appears to be broken... The command Toggle Fuel Pump 1 works, but it is intended to be assigned to a momentary button, not a rocker switch.
