Cockpit camera bug

When you're flying, the cockpit left/right and up/down translation allow you to go out of bounds (outside the cockpit). When you're on the ground, standing still, the boundaries are working correctly. The boundaries should be working while in-flight as well. Perhaps this can make it into v0.40. Thanks for an awesome product!
