Just curious on what the intended goal/end result is of decreasing parasitic drag and increasing induced drag is on the new arrow patch.

Basically the TAS before this update was far too low, you couldn't reach the numbers from the ODM (neither fuel flow nor TAS).
Now you're pretty close. So basically the performance especially in cruise has improved to match the real one.
