Error

Hi
Every time I try to select Add Airline to Exclude, or to select an airport in Airport Inspector I get this error:
Traffic compile is working regularly.
Could you help me to solve this?
Thanks
Daniel
Same problem for me
Your best bet would be to raise a ticket with Just Flight support and they can look into it.

So if it's isn't you, who is waiting 12 days? Both the users mentioned on this thread are being dealt with. How long it takes to fix something (if indeed it is broken) really depends on the issue. One of the main problems support has with all games is replicating issues reported by users. Some things can take considerably longer than 12 days, some things can take 12 minutes. I have been waiting some 51 years for Jaguar to resolve the design of their rear subframe. I still live in hope.
If you have a problem with our support system you need to let us know via the usual channels. Stirring speculatively in the forum doesn't really seem very fair.
Please note that we don't do support via forums for this very reason. It is extremely confusing and impossible to follow a logical thread.

@Derek
If you think i am critical of TG check the flight sim forums, i have spent coming upto 3 years on this product and given feedback on issues i see but its not looking like it`s moving forward.No. I think you were being critical of our forum support - which is something we don't provide. No need to apologise, but, I am just trying to make it clear that if we tell someone to contact support we won't be updating the forum.
As to Traffic Global, I am not sure how much more forward it is possible to go in practical terms. It is designed to add AI air traffic to a computer game and be a very significant improvement on the default without crippling frame rates. Its success over the 20 years or so we have been doing it suggests we have got that bit right - especially as Traffic Global has been the best received version of the ten or so released.
There is only so far one can go in development and, given the vast majority of users seem to be using the software without problems, I am not sure what else we should be doing.
As I have said, dozens of times, tell us what you think is broken and we will endeavour to fix it. To date, checking my notes, I can only find the incorrect 747 labelling, which has been fixed.We have explained to you many times how the number of flights/flight legs work and how they have been changed to further enhance the experience for the majority of users.
As it stands, we can't really update the real-World database to something more recent as it would mean very little traffic!
The program, by its nature, is not as simple as a an aeroplane or an airport. Invariably, what it is trying to do will present a challenge on some setups, both in installation and getting the little planes to buzz around as intended - or, even, sit idly on the tarmac at various airports.
Our aim is to get every buyer up and running. The software has been out for quite some time and so most issues we come across are easy enough to resolve. But, that also means that anyone who can't install or get it running is likely to have a more unique problem and they are outside the scope of an FAQ or SIOASIOA. Or a forum post for that matter.
We greatly appreciate all the feedback you have provided. Please keep it up and rest assured that we will endeavour to fix any bugs in the software that prevent it from running as intended.

@Derek
You and JF should check out the thread on AI traffic programs for P3D on Avsim sadly you do not get a mention, i stayed out of the thread they are the simmers that will spend money on programs, not like MSFS if it`s more than $15 its too expensive. -

As for the $15, you should check this out.
https://www.justflight.com/product/dc-designs-f15-c-d-e-i-eagle-microsoft-flight-simulatorIt's more than $15, it's for MSFS and it's very popular. Those 'money-spenders' you mention don't, in my long experience, actually spend very much on anything and take up a lot of bandwidth criticising those that do and the products upon which they spend their money.
Our focus, as always, is on our customers. Something as popular and successful as Traffic will always have its detractors. The same can be said for a lot of other popular FS add-ons and successful developers and publishers.
