Hi just had create a ticket for the first time
How long does it normally take to get a update, says "up to 96 hours"

96 hours is a very conservative estimate and if you haven't already received a reply since posting this, you should typically receive one within 48 hours.

So am posting here because it seems like I will be passing the 96 hour threshold... My ticket is 30021

Long story short, I am trying to use 3 $10 giftcards to purchase Air Hauler 2, but at checkout, it will only let me add 1 ( I did not know this before getting the gift cards) so I am stuck with 3 gift cards I plan to use in ordering Air Hauler 2. IDK if my situation has ever been planned for, I kinda figured, that is why it is taking a while...
